The U.S. Navy says it has rescued a Somali sailor off the coast of Somalia.
The 15 sailors were aboard the Gabonese-registered cargo ship Falcon Line.
The ship was reported to have broken down and a British Maritime Security Observatory reported to the US Navy that the Falcon Line had a malfunction in the Gulf of Aden.
The rescued workers were provided with food, water, and medical check-ups, according to a U.S. statement.
The 5th U.S. Navy says it is currently working with the owner of Falcon Line and other officials to determine the best place to land the crew.
Falcon Line is a cargo ship generally registered in Gabon, according to local media.
