The commander of the 8th Battalion of the 60th Division of the Somali National Army, Major Mohamed Nur Mad Dheere, said that the officer had been a member of Al-Shabaab for seven years and had been working in Dadarow area of ​​Bay region.

Mohamed Nur Mahamed Gudow, an al-Shabaab official who surrendered to the forces, told the media that he left Al-Shabaab because of injustice to the people and that they could not be told about their mistakes and problems. to meet.
