The Puntland administration has given details about the upcoming conference of heads of administrations to be held in Garowe, the capital of Puntland, which will discuss the situation in Somalia.
Puntland Minister of Interior Mohamed Abdirahman Dhamanad said the conference was not about election issues and that the heads of administrations would convene in co-operation.
He pointed out that the final meeting of the National Consultative Assembly on Electoral Affairs will be convened by the Prime Minister of Somalia, Mohamed Hussein Roble, who can convene the leaders of the administrations at any time.
