Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble has sent his condolences to the victims of today’s bomb blast in Mogadishu.
The prime minister has ordered security in the capital.
“I offer my condolences to the families and the people of Somalia who lost their lives in today’s terrorist attack in Mogadishu. May God have mercy on the dead and heal the wounded, ”said Roble.
The Prime Minister called for unity in the fight against Al-Shabaab and said “We must work together to fight this horrific terrorism that continues to massacre our people”.
At least 10 people have been killed in a car bomb blast near the eelgaabta intersection in Mogadishu.
A police spokesman also said that nine people were injured and are currently being treated at hospitals in Mogadishu.
